Spire announces Bliss 9 Pro + Android tablet - Tablets Magazine

end of August the Dutch Spire introduced two Android tablets, the Bliss Bliss 9 and 9 Pro . Both models were far from impressive in terms of specifications, particularly with regard to the resolution. Today the company’s Bliss 9 Pro +, introduces a tablet with a slightly higher resolution.

Spire focuses the Bliss tablets clearly on the budget end of the market. The previously launched models therefore have some outdated specs as a Cortex A8 processor, 512MB of working memory and a resolution of 800 by 480 pixels. The new model, the Bliss 9 Pro + is a lot more interesting for the price conscious consumer.

The tablet is equipped with a 9-inch LCD display that has a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and a 5-point capacitive touch screen. Furthermore, the tablet has a Allwinner A20 dual-core processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage memory and a microSD memory card reader that can be expanded.

In front of the tablet is a 0.3 megapixel camera for video calls, and at the back a 2.0 megapixel camera for taking photos and videos. The tablet is equipped with a microUSB port for connection to a PC and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with access to the Google Play Store. The 4.000mAh battery should provide at least 5 hours of gameplay.

Spire Bliss 9 Pro + should next month in the Dutch shops appear for a suggested retail price of 139.95 euros.
