Apple hangs an import ban on some older iPhone and iPadmodellen overhead. The Trade Commission of the United States on Tuesday announced that Apple has violated.

The decision of the trade committee is final. Only one step to the right or federal intervention by President Obama can prevent the import ban.

The ruling is a part of the phones and tablets. That part was used in the iPhone 4, iPhone 3 and 3GS and the iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G. The import ban would apply only to those devices.

Apple and Samsung are embroiled in a patent war for years on various parts of phones and tablets. One time wins Samsung, other times Apple.
