It’s been a subject that the second generation Archos 101 XS introduced but since this week is the hybrid Android tablet for sale in the Netherlands for a price of less than 230 euros.

Archos 101 XS 2 is the second generation hybrid Android tablet from the French manufacturer and, if we may believe, Archos several improvements. The tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,280 by 800 pixels and under the hood we find include a quad-core Rockchip processor and 2GB of memory.
Furthermore, the tablet 16GB of storage memory, a microSD card reader, a USB 2.0 port, a mini HDMI port, Bluetooth and WiFi. The Board Cover keyboard, a dock where the tablet can be placed at the same time for a cover during transport, as standard. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and Archos supplies a large number of apps with it, including Office Suite and the Archos Media Center apps.
