The Archos 101 XS 2 is called a hybrid tablet, meaning that it can also be used as a small laptop with a keyboard dock. It has a screen size of 10.1 inches and has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. The processor is an unknown quad-core version running at up to 1.6 GHz and the video chip is a Mali 400. The tablet has a weight of 636 grams and measuring 273 x 169 x 10.1 mm while the keyboard dock weighs 200 grams and measures 273 x 169 x 5 mm. Bluetooth, mini HDMI, GPS and Wi-Fi are also included as well as two cameras with recording resolution of two and three megapixels respectively.
Availability
Tablet Magazine reports that this hybrid tablet now for sale in the Netherlands, but good is not available everywhere. Thus Ebuyer says the 16 GB version in stock, but is it comes with a QWERTY keyboard. Central Point also has the tablet already on the website. The price of the tablet including keyboard dock is about € 250 and that seems a good price.
