The last few days we have been counting down to the best Android phones of 2013. It was a difficult choice, but ultimately, the Nexus 7 (2013) came in second place in the top 5 best tablets of 2013. This Google tablet may not be the fastest Android tablet available, but one that combines a compact design and good specifications with a fantastic price tag. It is the 2013 version a big improvement over the Nexus 7 from a year earlier. The Nexus 7 (2013) A closer look
The tablet is slightly longer than the original Nexus 7, but a lot thinner and lighter. The weight has been reduced by 50 grams to 299 grams and thus the device weighs almost nothing. The 7-inch screen has a full HD resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels, and thanks to the pixel density of 323 ppi, no individual pixels can be observed. The Nexus 7 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chip with a 1.5GHz quad-core processor. The tablet has two Geekbech with an average score of 2800. In comparison, the previous Nexus 7 earned an average of 1479 and the Nexus 10 has a score of about 2433. Impressive!
The software running on the Nexus 7 is completely stock. The tablet comes with Android 4.3 out of the box and is ready for use. Installation of the Android 4.4 (KitKat) Update The Full HD screen is also a tremendous outcome for the software. With more pixels on a screen can be displayed without content is blurry eyes. Although the battery life a bit disappointing, the Nexus 7 on many points a hit.
