‘Production larger iPad postponed again’ –

This reports Bloomberg based on anonymous insiders.

Another disappointing supply of fencing would be the reason for the delay. In November 2014 there was already talk of uitstel, then to the second quarter of 2015.

According to the sources from Bloomberg, Apple was actually planning this quarter already starting with the production of the larger iPad. The alleged larger iPad would have a screen of 12.9 inches. Current iPads have screens of 9.7 and 7.9 inches.

Earlier rumors scurried across a screen with a higher resolution and better color saturation than current iPads. Separately, there are few details are known about the larger iPad.

Apple would with a new larger screen, especially business market want to tap for its tablets. Like the entire tablet market, Apple also struggling lately with declining sales of its iPads.
