The NRC Handelsblad app for iPhone and iPad has been completely renewed. The app has a new design and several useful enhancements that received the user experience benefit.

The purpose of this new digital edition app is a better reading experience. A reading experience as close as possible to the printed newspaper remains, while benefiting from the advantages of a smartphone or tablet to offer.
Thus, the user can intuitively navigate between the different sections of the newspaper. But also easily switch from the original newspaper layout to a view that is optimized for reading in landscape or portrait mode.
